The Ontario Youth Pipe Band, under the auspices of the Pipers and Pipe Band Society of Ontario, is an organisation aimed at
connecting young players and promoting music education through the unique art form that is highland piping and drumming.
This performance-based (non-competitive) band offers young pipers and drummers an experience that will be both rewarding and educational while fostering lifelong friendships, boosting confidence, and motivating players to improve their musicianship skills.
Members will be drawn from established bands and teaching programs in Ontario to form a massed band to perform at the closing ceremonies of several Highland Games events. All levels of ability are welcome, provided they have learned the tunes and scores specified below.

Please note that all players will need to bring their own instrument in order to participate. (Either a personally owned instrument or an instrument on loan from their home band or organisation) The Ontario Youth Pipe Band is unable to provide instruments to players at this time.
