Concession Operator Questionnaire
General information you should know

As a concession operator your organization is responsible for cleaning the concession building, the restrooms, and the drive-in grounds the day after the event. Your organization is also responsible for trash removal.

Your answers will be used by the U.P. Film Union Board of Directors for the selection process. This is in no way a guarantee that your nonprofit will be selected as a concession operator. If selected as a potential operator we will let you know as soon as possible.

The board of directors may have follow up questions to ask of you.

Thank you for your interest in operating our concession stand. Thank you for the work you do in our community.

Required
If selected are you willing and able to heavily promote the drive-in event your organization is operating the concession stand for? This would include printing and distributing posters, posts on social media at least once per week in the month leading up to your event and any other way you can think of to get as many people as possible to the event (we suggest community calendars, tv, print and radio if possible and a lot of word-of-mouth). *
Has your organization operated the concession stand at the Hwy 2 Community Drive-In Theater at any time in the past five years? *
Do you have 3 - 5 people who can operate the concession for six hours or possibly longer? *
Are you willing and able to meet with the Film Union at least a week in advance of the event to go over concession operations? (At least one person who will actually be working in the concession will need to be at this meeting.) *
Are you willing to get a low-risk temporary food license through the LMAS District Health Department? This is required even if your facility has a food license. *
