特定商取引法第4２条に基づく特定継続的役務提供における書面の交付について
(Delivery of Documents in the Provision of Specified Continuous Service based on Article 42 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Law)
日本語学習サービス「Japagrit」（以下、本サービス）について、以下のとおり概要を説明いたします。
(The outline of the Japanese language learning service "Japagrit" (hereinafter referred to as "this service") is as follows.)

１．事業者の氏名（名称）、住所、電話番号

２．役務の内容(Provision of services)
本サービスは、受講者に対して別途定めるカリキュラムに従い、提供されます。
(This service is provided to students in accordance with a curriculum specified separately.)

３．購入が必要な商品がある場合にはその商品名、種類、数量(If there is a product that needs to be purchased, the
product name, type, and quantity.)
本サービスのカリキュラムを実施する上で、教材等の購入が必要になる場合は、都度受講者に対して案内し、適正な料金を収受します。
(If it is necessary to purchase teaching materials, etc. in order to implement the curriculum of this service, we will inform the students each time and collect an appropriate fee.)

４．役務の対価（権利の販売価格）そのほか支払わなければならない金銭の概算額(Consideration for services (sales price of
rights) & Other estimated amount of money to be paid)
月額料金は各カリキュラムに記載の通りです。ただし、受講者との協議の上、分割払いも可能です。
(Monthly fees are as stated in each curriculum. However, installments are also possible after consultation with the students.)

５．上記の金銭の支払い時期、方法(When and how to pay the above money)
すべてのレッスンは、前払い方式となっています。銀行振込でのお支払いを基本とし、受講者との協議によっては、現金払いも可能とします。振込手数料はお客様負担です。
(All lessons are prepaid. Payment is basically made by bank transfer, and cash payment is also possible depending on the consultation with the students. The transfer fee is borne by the customer.)
支払時期は、カリキュラムのスケジュールに応じて、指定日までにお支払いいただきます。
(Payment will be made by the designated date according to the curriculum schedule.)

６．役務の提供期間(Service period)
受講者との協議の上、カリキュラムを作成し、サービス提供期間を決定します。
(In consultation with the students, a curriculum will be created and the service term will be decided)

７．クーリング・オフに関する事項(Matters concerning cooling off)
初回のレッスン料(体験レッスン除く)を支払った日から起算して８日を経過するまでは、契約解除の旨を記載した書面を、本サービス提供者に提出していただくことにより、解除を行うことができます。
(Until 8 days have passed from the day you paid the first lesson fee(except for trial lessons), you can cancel the contract by submitting a document stating that the contract is canceled to this service provider.)
クーリング・オフによる解除は書面を発した時に効力を生じます。
(Cancellation by cooling off takes effect when the document is issued.)
上記にかかわらず、本サービス提供者が特定継続的役務提供契約の解除に関する事項につき、不実のことを告げる行為や威迫したことによりお客様が誤認、困惑し、これらによって同法第48条第1項の規定による解除を行わなかった場合には、本サービス提供者が改めて、同法第48条第1項の書面を受領した日から起算して８日経過するまでは、契約解除の旨を記載した書面を本サービス提供者に提出していただくことにより、解除を行うことができます。

お支払いいただいている受講料は全額返金いたします。すでに一部受講されている場合であっても受講料は請求しません。

８．中途解約に関する事項(Matters concerning premature cancellation)
クーリング・オフ適用期間経過後、契約解除の申し出がある場合には、以下の基準に従って中途解約に応じ返金いたします。返金方法はお客様ご指定の銀行口座への振り込みとなります。振込手数料はお客様負担です。
(If there is an offer to cancel the contract after the cooling-off period has expired, a refund will be given according to the following criteria. The refund method will be transfer to the bank account specified by the customer. The transfer fee is borne by the customer.)
(１)初回レッスン日(体験レッスン除く)前に契約解除のお申し出をいただく場合には、既にお支払いいただいている受講料または15,000円のいずれか低い金額を本サービス提供者が収受し、残額を返還します。
((1) If you request to cancel the contract before the first lesson date(except for trial lessons), the service provider will collect the tuition fee you have already paid or 15,000 yen, whichever is lower, and the balance will be refunded.)
(２)初回レッスン日(体験レッスン除く)以降に契約解除のお申し出をいただく場合には、50,000円または契約残額の20%に相当する額のいずれか低い額を本サービス提供者が収受し、残額を返還します。
((2) If you request to cancel the contract after the first lesson date(except for trial lessons), the service provider will collect 50,000 yen or 20% of the remaining contract amount, whichever is lower, and the balance will be refunded.)

９．割賦販売法に基づく抗弁権の接続に関する事項(Matters concerning the connection of defense rights based on the
installment sales method)
ローン提携販売の方法、または包括信用購入あっせん、もしくは個別信用購入あっせんの方法により役務の提供を行う場合には、割賦販売法の規定に基づき、本サービスに生じている事由をもって対抗することができます。
(When providing services by the method of loan tie-up sales, comprehensive credit purchase mediation, or individual credit purchase mediation, it is possible to counteract by the reason occurring in this service based on the provisions of the installment sales law. increase.)

10．前受金の保全に関する事項(Matters concerning the maintenance of advance payments)
前受け金の保全措置は講じておりません。
(We do not take any protection measures for advance payments.)

11．特約があるときには、その内容(If there is a special contract, its contents)
その他、本サービス提供者と受講者との間で、疑義が生じた場合には、誠意をもって対応します。
