1. We are LGBTQIA+ Friendly. We do not accept intolerance. You can have your opinions on anyone in the guild as long as they're kept to yourself. We aren't all members of the LGBTQIA+ community, but we respect each other's beliefs, which is expected from everyone.
2. Our trials typically last one week. As a trial, you will be most tested in mythic reclear and mythic prog, which would be Fri/Sat. We may call on you for a fill-in in case we need one.
3. We have specific add-ons required for the raid, as I'm sure you're used to. DBM, WeakAuras, GTFO, Kaze WA, and MRT(ERT) are the most important ones.
4. The expectations are versatile; we understand each spec's role in a raid, and we don't expect perfection, just the drive to reach as close as you can To perfection. So we don't pressure, and we give chances.
5. As we are focused on progression for the raid team, we MAY have to sit you for bosses that your spec does not excel on unless you prove how incredible you are.
Here is what you can expect from your officers and guild:
We promote a healthy, raiding environment. This includes contacting your appropriate officer with concerns, ideas, and problems. While we promote this, it's important to note that if you notice a member repeatedly failing mechanics, keep calm and mention it to Acey, and not publicly.
We also have a very active community! Every week we host an event of party games where you can win money each month. Lastly, we have multiple M+ teams that prefer to push but will gladly help guildies with weekly 15s.
Additional Information:
1. We want you to know about the fight and the strategy we implement. This means watching the videos we will provide, reading a short TL: DR guide, Reading Announcements, and Watching a Presentation during progression.
2. You must bring your consumables during your trial period. We will provide a feast and cauldron for everyone. Only use Vantus runes with a boss if we have decided this as a group. Please ensure you are fully enchanted before zoning into the raid instance.
