The Expo takes place on Saturday, October 12, 10:00 am-6:00 pm and Sunday, October 13, 11:00 am-6:00 pm.

VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION:

We prefer that volunteer staff — especially new ones — attend one orientation session. Our experience, and past volunteer feedback, has shown that it's very beneficial when volunteers are oriented in advance. Plus, this is a NEW VENUE, so we'd like ALL volunteers to attend orientation at least for the site visit! IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND ORIENTATION, we'd still love for you to volunteer and we'll train you onsite. Thank you!

Our experience, and past volunteer feedback, has shows that it's very beneficial that volunteers are oriented in advance. We have scheduled TWO ORIENTATION SESSIONS with snacks, drinks, FANTASTIC door prizes, and good company. The ORIENTATIONS will take place at Southfield Pavilion. We look forward to seeing you at orientation.
