Reed Faculty/Staff Wellness Classes -                        Spring 2021
The Wellness Committee invites to you register for lunchtime wellness and fitness classes.The variety of classes addresses everything from relaxation and stress reduction to toning, balance, and cardio workout. Be sure to check out the class descriptions and instructor information at the Wellness web site:

Classes will be held remotely and may be accessed live through Zoom or later by recording. The spring term is 19 weeks from Monday, January 4th through Friday, May 14th. Cost to participate is $120 for the entire semester. Once registered, you will be invited to the Zoom events and have access to the recordings.

All faculty, staff, and their partners are welcome to participate. (Partners must sign a liability waiver. Contact Taylor Smith, smitht@reed.edu for a copy of the form.)

Mondays @ 7:15-8:00 am:  Got Balance? with Hilary Miller
Mondays @ 1:00-2:00 pm:  Pilates with Vicki Ratzlaff
Tuesdays @ Noon-1:00 pm:  Hatha Flow Yoga with Erin Nova
Wednesdays @ 1:00-2:00 pm:  Pilates with Vicki Ratzlaff
Fridays @ Noon-1:00 pm:  Power Circuit Conditioning with Hilary Miller

After registering, submit your payment:
 * Send your check made out to Reed to the business office with the memo line “Spring 2021 Fitness Wellness Committee."
