15% Multi-Faire Discount
If you are vending at both Two Rivers Renaissance Faire in Yuma (February 3rd-5th) and London Bridge Faire in Lake Havasu (March 31st-April 2nd,) you are eligible for the multi-faire  discount. In order to receive the discount you must have paid the vending fees for the Two Rivers 2023 event. The discount will apply to the London Bridge Faire fees only and does not include electricity, deposits or extra fees that apply.

Electricity Options
We are open late in the evenings 8pm on Friday and 10pm on Saturday. We have very limited artisan vending spots that are capable of being equipped with electricity. Please be prepared to decorate your booth to include lighting to outfit your booth that can be powered with batteries or solar. If you would like to request a spot with electricity please let us know bellow. No generators other than the food court. 

Food vendors: Please indicate which electricity option you will need.  Generators are always the best option and are allowed in the food court.

Food vendors Only
There is a $150 deposit for all food vendors. This deposit will be due on the invoice date. The fee will be refunded if the site is left clean and free of grease and debris. The deposit will nonrefundable if the applicant pulls out of the event after being accepted as a vendor. The rest of the fees will be returned within the guidelines of our policy. Please see our cancellation policy below.

Camping at the London Bridge Renaissance Faire is free of charge for vendors. We have dry camping, no hookups are available. There are showers and restrooms on site for your convivence. For our vendors staying in their booths, a very limited amount of electricity is available and is first come first serve. If you require electricity for medical reasons, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate. Booths with electricity will be placed in the food court/joust entrance area and the front half of the event.  *
A valid Arizona TPT license number is required in order to vend at Lake Havasu City events. You must provide this number to participate. We understand that vendors may not have this number at the application time. Your TPT number must be provided January 31st, 2024. If it is not, you will be removed as a vendor and you will be refunded according to our cancellation policy listed below. You are welcome to reapply once you have the number available. Any application received after January 31st will not be accepted unless the valid TPT number has been provided.  *Please note* Your Arizona TPT does expire each year on December 31st, be sure to renew it to keep it valid. We submit the numbers to the city in February, 2024. *

Once approved, you will be sent an invoice to pay for your vendor fees. Invoices need to be paid within 5 business days of receiving the invoice. One reminder will be sent. Failure to pay will result in removal from our vendor list and you will need to reapply.

CANCELLATIONS:  Havashire Festivals Inc. must be notified of cancellations in writing no later than December 31st, 2023 in order to receive a full refund minus $35.00 processing fee (artisan) or $150 (food vendor deposit), and by January 31st, 2024 for a 50% refund (minus $35.00 processing fees).  Any cancellations made after February, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund. *

IMPORTANT NOTICE- The vendor committee will review applications in the order in which they were received. In an effort to avoid excessive product duplication, the date of receipt may be used to determine individual category selection. You will be notified via email if you have been accepted as a vendor for this event. Once notified, we expect you, in ample time before the event, to secure the following: 1) Insurance 2) Arizona State Sales Tax license TPT (must have to apply,)  3)Lake Havasu City Special Event Permit 4); and if you are a food vendor, County Health Permits. By checking this box you agree that you understand these requirements. Vendors closed by an inspector for any reason will not receive a refund. If you are not accepted as a vendor as at this year's event, you will be notified via email and will be issued a full refund at that time.

The London Bridge Renaissance  Faire is a rain or shine outdoor event, and as such, may be vulnerable to weather.  Vendors understand that fees are not refundable due to inclement weather, interruptions in the faire schedule due to weather, dangerous conditions, acts or threats of terrorism, acts of god, natural disaster, pandemics or war.

 

I hereby state that I have read all the Vendor Rules and Regulations on this form and agree to abide by all rules or risk being removed from this show and/or excluded from future shows.  I understand that this is an agreement made between me and Havashire Festivals Inc.  I am the authorized vendor listed on the application, and all information has been completed to the best of my knowledge.
