New Member School Enrollment Form
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) member school. Please fill out the following form to provide the WIAA with information about your school.

Steps for becoming a WIAA Member School:
  1. Complete this form
  2. The WIAA will create your school's profile in the WIAA system
  3. The WIAA will create a FinalForms account for the designated Athletic Director
  4. Your school will be invoiced Membership Dues (annually each fall)
  5. The WIAA will mail your school applicable sport/activity rule books, a welcome letter, and a WIAA Member School banner for display at your school
  6. Review the WIAA Handbook as a reference point for WIAA rules and regulations
  7. Complete the School Board Resolution Form (found in FinalForms)
  8. Reach out to the WIAA District your school would like to join to request membership
  9. Reach out to the league your school would like to join to request membership and coordinate your competition schedule - if you do not know which league to request to join, please contact Justin Kesterson at the WIAA Office

ENROLLMENT DETAILS
The number of Individual Pupils as Reported to Superintendent of Public Instruction Office on monthly report of School District Enrollment (Form No. P223), Section A, Column 1, plus full-time running start, and registered home school students determines each individual school's enrollment.
