TREP$ Alumni Marketplace Interest

Sandy with Kaleidoscope Enrichments will be holding TREP$ Marketplace events for the summer of 2021:

* Saturday, August 7, 9:30 am to 1 pm, Blairstown Farmer's Market, 5 Stillwater Road, Blairstown, NJ
* Sunday, August 15, 10 am to 2 pm, Warren County Farmers Market, 555 County Road 519 Belvidere, NJ 07823

If you have completed the TREP$ program with Kaleidoscope Enrichment, Warren County Library System, or a local school, you are welcome to participate in one or both of these marketplace events. There is $5 table fee, which will be donated to the Farmer's Market. You must register through this form at least one week in advance. No drop-ins. You must comply with all rules of the marketplace as defined below.

Please note that I am also hosting a TREP$ class for new TREP$ or those that want to review the material. Those classes will take place on Wednesdays at 6 pm on Zoom starting on July 7. Please note to support our new TREP$ I usually give them the opportunity to select their product to sell before approving a returning TREP$ student. I will do my best to give every participant the opportunity, but please understands that we try not to have too many of the same type of product sold at any given Marketplace event and new students are given preference.

I understand that I am expected to arrive at the Marketplace event 30-45 minutes before it begins so that I have adequate time to set up. I understand I may not start set up on the day of the event until Sandy gives me permission to do so and assigned me a spot. I understand I must be ready to sell by the time the event opens for the day. *
I understand that I am expected to stay for the entire length of the event. I understand that I must stay until the end of the Marketplace even if I sell out of materials. I also understand that I will not be allowed to pack up my materials until the Farmer's Market is ended. I understand that I am expected to stay at my table during the Marketplace. If I must leave briefly I am expected to have a parent, sibling, or friend watch my table.

If I am selling food products I understand the additional expectations required to do so, i.e. gloves, hair up or covered, sanitation, proper storage, provisions to notify customers about potential allergens, provisions to alert customers that materials were created at home and not in a commercial kitchen, etc. (If you need additional information, please send an email to sandy@enrichscience.com)
Clear selection
I understand that a space costs $5 and the fee will be donated to the Farmer's Market. This fee is per business, even if you share a physical space with another TREP$ vendor. Partnerships are considered a single business. *
I have a table no larger than 6 ft that I can bring to the Marketplace. I may share my table with a sibling or another person in my "pod" if I choose to do so. A limited number of tables are available for those that do not have their own. If I do not have a table I am expected to make arrangements to borrow one from Sandy and ensure that the table is not damaged. *
I have a canopy that is no larger than 10x10 feet and I plan to bring it to the Marketplace. I also understand that I may share the canopy with another vendor participating in TREP$. A limited number of canopies are available for those that do not have their own. If I do not have a canopy I am expected to make arrangements to borrow one from Sandy and ensure that it is not damaged. *
