Dit formulier is bedoeld voor het aanleveren van informatie van LANGE DOCUMENTAIRES (duur>70 min) tbv de publicatie SEE NL Film Catalologue 2024 - Documentaries.

De DEADLINE voor het insturen van gegevens is vrijdag 27 oktober 2023.
  
Let op: voor de aanmelding van korte documentaires, verwijzen we je graag door naar het aanmeldingsformulier voor SHORTS.
Indien je de gegevens van jouw documentaire al naar SEE NL hebt ingestuurd ivm onze publiciteit betreft IDFA selecties dan is het niet meer nodig om onderstaand formulier in te vullen.

De gevraagde tekstinformatie dient in het ENGELS te worden ingevuld.

Het bijbehorende beeldmateriaal ontvangen wij graag via email op catalogue@eyefilm.nl. Indien het bestand groter is dan 5MB moet het via We Transfer / Dropbox oid worden verstuurd.
