Gentle Yoga Registration, March 3rd @ 6:30 pm
Open into deep relaxation using gentle yoga and breath. If you have never tried yoga, are a little older, or have any health conditions that can't be pushed, then this is the perfect class to try!
This practice is slower paced and focuses on restoring the body and mind into balance. Suitable for anyone wanting to relax and stretch. If you have yoga props, ring them for practice, if not, then try to have something to act as a strap/belt (a long scarf could work), a small cushion/pillow, 3 bath size towels, and a chair. No experience necessary!
