We offer support and education for the families and children!

We offer two levels of membership:
General - annual membership August 1 - July 31
Prospective - a FREE one time 90 day trial of our club.
Membership rates are below which include a $1.50 processing fee. Our membership year runs from August 1 to July 31.  Dues are prorated to $26 after June 1.

General Membership: $36.50
No automatically recurring payments
Membership to GOMOTT is $35 by check. Credit Card payments are $36.50 to cover the credit card processing fee.

General Membership(Kindergarten and older): $21.50
No automatically recurring payments
Membership to GOMOTT is $20 by check. Credit Card payments are $21.50 to cover the credit card processing fee.

Joint Membership: $51.50
No automatically recurring payments
Only the primary member will be apart of the State and National organizations.
Membership to GOMOTT is $50 by check. Credit Card payments are $51.50 to cover the credit card processing fee.

Prospective Member: 3 month FREE trial
This is a ONE TIME trial.
