Whistle-Blowing: YouthCare Malaysia

Introduction:

YouthCare Malaysia (YCM) is committed to conducting its affairs with integrity and in accordance with the highest ethical standards. We expect all our stakeholders to conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism, honesty and transparency. As part of our commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, we have established a whistle-blowing policy that enables our stakeholders to report any concerns or suspicions of wrongdoing without fear of reprisal.

Scope:

This policy covers all YouthCare Malaysia internal stakeholders such as committees and volunteers and external stakeholders such as advisors and investors. It applies to all concerns related to YCM's activities, including but not limited to fraud, corruption, ethical violations, health and safety, and environmental concerns.
