- Facility use is limited to the downstairs portion of Refill only (the cafe, kitchen, bathrooms, front porch and parking lot).
- No alcohol, drugs, or weapons allowed on premises.
- A staff member will be responsible for unlocking and locking Refill on the day of the event. Renters are required to remain on the premises until a staff member arrives to lock the facility after the event.

- Security for events is not provided by Refill Jackson Initiative.
- Please do not adjust the thermostat.
- If the kitchen will be utilized for your event, please familiarize yourself with our kitchen prior to your event. We are happy to arrange for a guided tour. Refill does not provide plates, cups, utensils, or paper goods unless we are catering your event.
- If audio/visual is needed for your event, please inform us prior to your event date to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
- It is the renter's responsibility to return any used items to their appropriate locations, ensure the kitchen is cleaned (if used), and remove all trash and personal belongings after the event. Failure to comply may result in the denial of future facility usage and forfeiture of $50 security deposit.
