PINK STICK CLASSIC - TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM 2025

PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY FOR FULL TOURNEY INFO AND REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS:  MAY 6TH 2025

Registration is limited to 6 teams per division. 

All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 4 games.

Tournament entry fee: $800

Divisions available: U15, U17, U22 GIRLS ONLY

Payment by etransfer or Peloton transfer (if cheque is required please contact us directly for mailing instructions at tourndir@warlockslacrosse.com)

Tournament fees must accompany your completed form. No confirmation will be issued until both the fee and completed application have been received. 

Note: Teams wishing to withdraw from the tournament have until Midnight - April 22, 2025 to request a refund (as per OLA 45 day policy). No refunds will be issued after this date.

The tournament is tentatively scheduled to begin late in afternoon on Friday, June 6th, so all teams can expect to play at least one game Friday.
