1:1 Coaching is the simplest and fastest way to smash your Police Fitness Test & take your fitness to the next level...

At Police Fit we understand some people may be new to online training and are unsure about the benefits and if it would work for them. This is why we only have a minimum commitment of 6 weeks. Give us 100% for 6 weeks if you love it stay on, if not you will finish the 6 weeks with a lot of extra fitness and knowledge around training and nutrition. 

My online training is a complete service;

-A complete training program either suited to your goals or completely custom.
-Nutritional habit coaching.
-Daily nutrition check ins.
-Weekly Check ins.
-Video messages.
-Unlimited contact with your accountability coach through the app.
-Progress and results tracking.
-Smartphone app.
-Full video and written explanations of every exercise.
-Access to the private coaching group on Facebook.


The way my program has been set up is you have two coaches. Coach Kylie will be in charge of nutrition accountability and check ins.

I am in charge of overseeing the program, it’s delivery, program design and account management.

The benefit of having a two coach system means you will be getting all the attention and accountability you need to make sure you succeed. Also if you have a question you get two coaches to bounce ideas off.
