Application Deadline:
Priority Deadline: January 31st.
Final Deadline: February 10th.
 
The sooner you apply, the better, as we will take admissions on a rolling basis.
 
Important Note: Your application is completely confidential, and your participation, should you be accepted, will also be confidential, only unless and until you tell us you are comfortable with being public about your involvement in the JAM.
 
Due to the small and personal nature of the event, this questionnaire is longer and more in-depth than most, because we want to get to know you better. Please share as much as you feel comfortable sharing. There is no min/max length for responses and no pressure. We only ask you to share what you feel is 'enough'. We will follow up with more questions or a phone call if we need more information.

This application form consists of four sections. Section 1 is this introductory section in which you landed. Section 2 asks you for basic information like your name, phone number ..etc. Section 3 asks you for deeper questions about your story, your work in the world and what you hope to get out of the Jam. And section 4 asks you for logistical information like your dietary restrictions as well as how much you can financially contribute to the Jam.
 
We depend on the application  to make an informed decision about your invitation to take part of the Jam, so, please share with us your story from the heart in the following lines. We advice you to give ample time for filling out this application form!
