The CEI Board has a non-traditional approach to our leadership opportunities. We maintain a running list of interested students that we occasionally tap to pilot programs, fill vacancies, or develop projects. The types of opportunities provided are based on the information you provide below.
We also have two general application cycles for Board Members at the end of each academic semester (Spring & Fall). These will be announced and sent out to the students on this list first, followed by public release via emails and social media. These positions require an individual and group interview process. Our Affinity Group Leadership Program selection is done by our Internal Programs Lead before or during the first few weeks of the each semester. Each AG is not limited in the amount of Student Leads and we are currently piloting three new groups (Indigenous, International, and Transfer).
