**Please complete this registration form separately for EACH CHILD that you are registering for the Easter Egg Hunt!**

We hope to see you at the annual Holiday Park United Methodist Church Easter Egg Hunt on March 30, 2024 at 10am.  Activities will include craft projects, an Easter message puppet show, and of course, an Egg Hunt!

The Easter Egg Hunt is open to children ages 12 and under.  

The event will take place in the church gymnasium, but the egg hunting portion will be outdoors, rain or shine.  Remember to dress for the weather!

Please bring a basket for egg collecting.
