The survey is divided into two sections.  Section (1) ESSER III - Allowable Use of Funds/Activities, which ask for parent, community, and staff input on how best to utilize funds; and Section (2) Safe Return for In-Person Learning, which ask for parent, community, and staff input on the timing of targeted activities for student safe return to in-person learning.
