Hello! Thank you for joining Miss United Hmong Michigan 1st Princess's second project, Lend An Ear, Save A Life 5K Run! This project is created to show support to those who have gone and is going through depression and suicide. The reason why I decided to make this 5K run is to have anyone and everyone stand together to support and advocate for mental health within the community. The funds raised from this 5K run will be going towards the Miss United Hmong Michigan's future projects, and also will be donated to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to help those in need. I encourage everyone to join in on this 5K to spread awareness and love to everyone around. It will be held at the Hmong Wausau Festival on July 27th, 2019 at the Eastbay Sports Complex. All ages are welcomed, and there will be prizes for the first top 5 who cross the finish line! There will also be chances to win a prize from the Miss United Hmong Michigan booth, and or from the run! Please read below for more information and requirements:
Requirements:
- 18+ registration fee is $35(including free entry coverage for the 1st day of the Festival, a free 5K Run T-shirt, runner's number sticker)
- 17 under registration is $25(including free entry coverage for the 1st day of the Festival, a free 5K Run T-shirt, runner's number sticker)
- Must Fill out and submitted the Release of Liability Form:
