I will attend and actively participate in at least 4 of the 6 Board meetings in a year.

I will be prepared and well-informed for meetings, including reviewing all documents and meeting materials.

I will respond to communications from Board members/the Executive Director in due time.

I will respond to the emergent needs of the organization as identified by the Board.
