This tool is conceived to be used from producers and other operators selling agri-food products through Short Food Supply Chains (SFSCs). The aim of the tool is to help respondents to self-assess, in terms of economic, social and environmental sustainability, the performance of the SFSC initiative in which they sell, compared to to other marketing options used or know (other short/alternative/local channels or long/conventional/global distribution channels). The tool can be used by individual producers or by group of producers belonging to a same SFSC initiative (e.g., a farmers' market, a CSA, etc.). In this last case, the coordinator of the initiative has to first register the intitiative filling in the questionnaire for coordinators, and after that, share with all the members of the initiative the link to the questionnaire for producers. After completing the form, each producer will be able to see and download his own results, while the coordinator will have access to general results for the initiative. These can be used to activate discussion and joint reflection within the initiative.
