Membership and Dues Model input

The membership and dues model (https://docs.google.com/document/d/17jiHkJnz0CS-f3ZPjRk_Kk94vTt-69qHxHtai7lydKw/edit?usp=sharing) was drafted by the ReShare Steering Committee to inform FY23-24 dues. The Steering Committee invites input from current and potential members of the ReShare Community to improve the model for the future. The FY24-25 model will be based on input received through Friday, December 15, 2023.
