Cost of refund

The cost for return is 17 RON – this will be deducted from the amount of your refund. This is the cost of the pick-up.

Important: if you are returning damaged items for a refund, it is free – please fill out the form for returning of damaged items instead of this one.

How to return items

We will order a pick-up service to come to your address of choice to collect the parcel with items you wish to return to us for refund. The pick-up service will be provided by Fan Courier International.

Please send us the following details on our e-mail address info@lelosi.ro and we will order the pick-up service for you:

- personal details (name and surname)
- exact address where you wish the parcel to be picked up
- the date when you wish the pick-up to be done
- contact person
- phone number
- a list of items that you are returning
- packing of returned items (example: envelope, small box)
- approximate weight of parcel you prepared for return

Be sure to sign the envelope or box you are returning. Attention: If we receive a package without any information about the sender, we will not be able to resolve the application.

Once we receive your package and review the content, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
