Continued Attendance I-20
New Students:
A continued attendance I-20 is available after registration in classes in the first semester.
This request form is required to receive a continued attendance I-20. Continued attendance I-20s are not mandatory, and therefore are not automatically issued to students.
SEVIS transfer in students will automatically receive an I-20 during the first week of classes, and are not required to submit this form.
Transfer In Students:
Transfer in students will generally arrive and enroll in classes before receiving the transfer in I-20.
Submit this form to request your transfer in I-20 upon arrival.
This form is available in case you do not receive your transfer in I-20 early in the semester.
OPT STEM Extension Approved:
Students that apply for OPT STEM Extension will receive an approval notice from USCIS.
Once the STEM OPT approval is confirmed, submit this form to receive a copy of your OPT STEM approved I-20.
