Let's get started - our parties require a contract and a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your date and time. This form helps us get started to book your date - your party is not confirmed, however, until we go over your details and collect your deposit.

SIGS parties are for children ages 12 and under. Only the party child's parent/adult can be in the gym to take photos. Additionally, a parent or adult of a child 3 or under to assist them. Parents may not play or climb on equipment or enter bouncehouses. All other adults and children over age 12 are welcome to watch from our downstairs or upstairs viewing areas. Everyone can enter the party room to celebrate. *

SIGS party spaces are already decorated in fun, bright colors. No outside decorations can be brought into our party spaces, this includes balloons, balloon arches/towers, pinatas, party games, banners, etc.   *

SIGS provides digital invitations, plates, napkins, a capri sun for each child, a party favor, and a special gift for the party child. The party child's family can bring ONE individual treat to share, suggested are cookies, donuts, cupcakes (something that does not need to be cut and served, or use utensils to eat). Bring candles, if desired. Optionally, you may bring bottled waters or other single-serve non-alcoholic beverages to share with adult guests (or if you think the kiddos may want an extra drink!). We also have vending machines in our lobby.

Due to the short amount of time in the party room, we cannot have a pizza or tacos or any other "meal" items. Just a birthday treat!

Your child's party will begin on time. We cannot add time for late guests. Our parties have one hour in the event space (inclusive of changing/shoes on and off) and 30 minutes in the party room. While here, those party spaces are yours for the time detailed in your agreement. *

All participants will need a release form on file. These can be filled out at SIGS on the day of the event. They are also available online for printing under our party tab. Children without a release form will not be permitted to participate. *

SIGS Parties require a $50, non-refundable deposit that goes toward your party balance. The balance of your party is due on the Monday prior to your event. We will charge the party balance on Tuesday to the card on file if we do not hear from you. If you wish to change your party size, we must know by the Monday prior to your party, otherwise we will autodraft the agreed balance in your confirmation. *

SIGS Parties are staffed in advance and are in high demand. Changing your party date or cancelling a party within two weeks of the scheduled date will incur a $30 change or cancellation fee to the card on file excluding extenuating circumstances. Please contact SIGS ASAP. *

If your party goes over the number for confirmed party booking (1-15 or 16-30), a charge of $15 per each additional participant child will be drafted on the Monday following your event.  *
