Please fill out this form if your student plans to participate in the MS Cross Country season.  This is NOT an interest form, this is the official registration form.  

MS Cross Country will look different this year.  We will be doing virtual training 4 days a week and 1 in-person run day (optional).  The overview of our Cross Country program is weekly training leading up to our very own Marathon Final Mile race.  Throughout the next six weeks, our middle school runners will be training and running a total of 25.2 miles.  On November 19, we will hold a Final Mile race where we will all complete that 26th mile.
 
FORMS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION:

1.  Student-Athlete Handbook Review- please make sure to read through our policies before signing.
2. Concussion Form-- these are available for you to print on your own or will be available at the Parent Meeting on October 14th for you to sign.

4. Current Physical (*not necessary if you will not be attending the in-person events*)-- we understand the quick turn around time for these and encourage you to reach out to your doctor's office as soon as possible. Please see the COVID-19 Addendum in the Student Handbook for the current policies. (page 11)

6. Participation Fee-- all MS sports have a participation fee of $75 per student. Please see page 6 of the handbook for more information and for financial aid guidance.
