This session will enable Teaching Assistants who are new (and not so new) to develop a vision of what exemplary practice looks like. With reference to professional standards, research and recommendations we will reflect on the role and begin to develop relevant skills and knowledge.

Target Audience: New Teaching Assistants and those who would like a refresher
