**Our Mission**

The mission of this league is to meet people, make new friends, and have a fun space to play with other LGBTQ+ individuals! Because of this, we are competitive-LITE. We play to win but not to dominate and toxic behavior is not tolerated.

**Length of Season**

This season is 9 weeks long: 8 weeks of regular gameplay and a tournament-style finale. We play each Wednesday starting at 7:00pm CST in the CMSA eSports Discord.

**What We Ask of You:**

We ask that you make all 9 weeks of play. However, if you need 1-2 byes maximum, we can accommodate, but ask that you inform us in advance.

You should be a fun and encouraging community member during the season and within the Discord. This looks like staying positive even when losing, staying humble when winning, and prioritizing connection and experience over competition.

You are asked to provide constructive feedback to league managers or moderators when you experience an issue so that we may have an opportunity to address it immediately.
