Unit 1: Discover Foundations | Post-Survey

Thanks for taking part in Unit 1: Discover Foundations, the first unit of the Building Equity training series.

Whether you took part in our guided cohort or are working through this unit afterwards at your own pace, now is the time to reflect on your learning and the course as a whole. Upon completion of this survey, expect to receive a certificate of completion delivered to the email address and with the name you provide below.

Certificates will be issued to those who complete the unit between now and June 30, 2023. This coincides with the larger delivery timeline of the Building Equity series, found here. This extended window has been provided as a catch up tool for folks who may have missed registering for one unit or who were unable to take part in the guided cohort (with the zoom support session).

Certificates are to be sent out periodically. If you have not received your certificate within a week of completing this survey, please reach out to spurchange@icn-rcc.ca.

The feedback provided will be used solely for the purpose of reporting with our partners in the Inter-Council Network and only disaggregated results will be reported to Global Affairs Canada. Please note that the CONFIDENTIALITY of your responses is meticulously assured.
