Laptop Request Form

Please only submit one request per student. Fill out this form to request a chromebook from the AHC Library. The library has a limited number of chromebooks available for checkout. Requests for summer will not be fulfilled until the second week of June. We are currently only taking requests for Summer through the waitlist. Once you have submitted your request, we will contact you by email or text message when we have one available.
