Kentuckians for Science Education (KSE) is a non-profit organization made up of Kentuckians dedicated to ensuring that our Commonwealth maintains high standards for science education. Our efforts take four general directions:

- Monitoring and responding to changes in science education in the state legislative and executive branches
- Coordinating and collaborating with other science and education organizations
- Providing educators, parents, and students with accurate and accessible science education resources
- Working with the public to improve the perception of science and science education

Why are we asking for this information?

In the event that a bill is proposed in the state legislature that would impact science education, we may need to mobilize quickly. That involves getting people from all across the state to contact their legislators, especially those who are involved in drafting or approving the bill. Your phone call or email to your legislator could very well make the difference in whether a bill passes or not, and we want to be sure that we can let you know if and when you can help.

It will take you to a map maintained by the Kentucky General Assembly. By selecting where you live, it will tell you both your House District and Representative as well as your State Senator.
