We are looking forward to working with an amazing group of volunteers to put on Xmas Day meals in three Stroud venues. If you would like to get involved in the lead up to Xmas and/or on the day itself please give us your details below.

IF YOU ARE ABLE TO VOLUNTEER AT ST ALBANS CHURCH HALL OR AT MAYPOLE HALL, PAGANHILL, THAT WOULD BE REALLY HELPFUL. But if you would prefer to volunteer at the trinity rooms that would be welcome too.

We are looking for volunteers to help in the following work groups. Please tick as many jobs and locations as you like. It will be helpful for us if you are willing to work at any of the locations.
We are looking for someone to coordinate each of the work groups and manage the other volunteers. Please tick if you are happy to be a coordinator.

Kitchen on the day (there will be 3 shifts). Ideally this needs catering and food hygeine experience

Serving food on the day

Outreach - encouraging people to come

Meet and greet - welcoming people on the day

Washing up (there will be 3 shifts)

Entertainments on the day

Helping resolve interpersonal issues on the day

Clearing up at the end

Taking kit back where it belongs on Boxing Day

Taking away recycling, food waste, rubbish

First aid on the day

Filming a video diary

Transport - moving people, food and kit before, during and after the day

Making crackers in advance

Decorating the hall in advance

Admin help - checking and forwarding emails, supporting/phoning volunteers without email access, etc
