Custom Cake Request Form

We are completely booked on custom orders through May 31st.  We will take limited custom orders during the summer.  Early ordering is recommended (1 month advanced notice suggested, we will not take additional orders once we are full).  We will be closed June 23rd-July 7th.

**PLEASE READ**

If you are interested in a custom or themed cake (or a cake that serves more than 30 people) please fill out this form. We will let you know if we are able to take on your order and give you price quotes. Note that all cakes start at $5/serving and go up depending on complexity. We try to offer low, mid-range and top tier quotes on themed cakes but if you have a specific budget in mind, please let us know and we will keep all quotes at or below that amount.

**CUSTOM CAKES REQUIRE TWO WEEKS ADVANCE NOTICE**
At least one month notice is preferred.

We try to respond to requests each afternoon/evening Monday-Thursday.  Custom cake quotes often take a bit longer and are provided in the order they are received.

These items are all made from scratch and by hand. Each cake has it's own personal style to add a special touch to your big day. Due to the complexity of custom orders I require two weeks advance notice for custom cakes.  If you are needing a cake sooner, please check out our basic cake order form.  We have several options and they are able to be personalized!

What theme or design are you looking for?

If you have inspiration pictures, you can email them to stillwatersweets@gmail.com. l generally come up with a low, mid, and high end option. Please note, we specialize in buttercream and use minimal fondant. We DO NOT cover cakes in fondant. However, most fondant designs can be adapted to buttercream.

If you have a max budget, feel free to indicate that here and we will make sure to keep your quotes at or below that amount.

Are there any allergies we need to know about?
We do use nuts, dairy and wheat in some products and there may be some cross-contamination.  If you or someone in your family has a severe allergy, please let me know.
