Dear families of 8th grade students,

Congratulations! In a matter of days, we will celebrate the hard work of your 2020 graduate!

As you know, our graduation will have a unique setting this school year in that it will take place virtually. For this reason, we have created this form to ask whether you grant our school permission to announce your child's name and use their image during our upcoming 8th Grade Virtual Graduation.

I understand that this permission form is new to us as we typically sign off on media and photo use at the start of the school year with the Back to School Update. However, because online streaming is new for our school and is not covered in the Back to School Update, we want to make sure that we give you the time and place for your permission.
