Are you an experienced Youtube content producer and editor, who loves to work in a self-directed manner on a small team of passionate content creators? Join ChinaTalk to lead our push onto Youtube!

You will be working directly with Jordan to set the direction, goals and budgets for our Youtube channel, and will be responsible for the success of the channel.

You’ll be working to create everything from concepts to thumbnails alongside our other editors for our newsletter and podcast.

• Ideate & execute great video ideas from title and thumbnail to final edit

• Edit raw podcast videos into Youtube greatness, experiment with short form scripted content

• Manage our channel, including shorts, videos, comments and collabs

• Manage the direction of the channel and collaborate with our team to plan strategy

• Solid experience with YT video editing

• Demonstrable portfolio of high quality content you’ve edited or produced

• Thorough knowledge of YT style, especially video essays and long-form content

• Creative experience producing video content

• Interest in ChinaTalk’s subject-matter

• Hourly rate & percentage of YouTube revenue

• Contract position

• 100% remote
