GamesAid - Charity nomination form
Nominations have opened for GamesAid's charity selection process and we're inviting charities to nominate themselves for consideration for support from our organisation.

In Spring 2023, we will be running an election amongst GamesAid members to select five charities that we will support on behalf of the sector between for the financial year between April 2023 and April 2024.

Charities can qualify for the election process provided:

- It supports children and young people, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- It has a turnover of sub £3m per year.
- It spends less than 30% on administrative costs.

Charities must also be proposed by a GamesAid member, which is defined as someone who works in the UK games industry (as an employee, freelancer or within a relevant education course) and who has signed up as a member of our charity at https://www.gamesaid.org/membership. Note: you must include the name of your proposer to allow us to check their eligibility against our membership records.

Charities who are successfully nominated will advance to an election in Spring 2023. Nominations close on Friday 7th April at 11pm to give us enough time to complete due diligence ahead of the election.

If you have any questions about the process, please email George Osborn, Co-Chair of GamesAid, via georgeosborn@gamesaid.org.
