Athletics Pass Order Form

Pass holders are entitled to attend all regular season Haslett athletic events, excluding tournaments.

Adult and student passes are for one person. A family pass includes everyone in an immediate family who lives in the same household. Each person will receive a separate pass. Passes are NOT required for children under 5 or adults 62 and over.

Each pass entitles the holder to one admittance per event. The "no re-entry" rule will be enforced. Cards are non-transferrable. Any misuse may cause card to be revoked with no refund. Replacement cards are $5 each.
