Pastor Evaluation by Congregation
The Pastor Parish Relations Committee is conducting a review of the pastor and the church, which is performed twice a year with the goal of timely addressing any concerns or needs of the church.   The review period covers the past 6 months only.  Your feedback is very important and we appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey.  This is done anonymously, but if you wish to discuss any issues with the committee, please contact Andrea Vandeloecht at 660-413-2044.

Exceeds Expectation – Performs most duties in a superior manner.  Takes on many assignments using their own initiative and contributes more than is expected of the position.
