$25 for the Recorded Fermentation Class will include:

3 ferments will be started together with a PDF including all materials, instructions, flavouring options and additional recipes to try.

Ferments will include: Sauerkraut, Sourdough Starter (GF or Wheat) and Ginger Bug/Starter PLUS how to make a Wild Starter - anywhere!
