All participants are under 30 years old.

All hereby state that we are physically healthy and is able to participate in the rugby activity. We also understand that this activity involves certain point of body contact. The organizing parties are not liable to any accidents occurred during the training and competition which are not caused by participants. (Participants can purchase additional insurance to cover injury or death and damage to or loss of personal property according to their needs.)
全隊聲明身體健康及體能良好,並無任何疾病, 適宜參與欖球活動, 以及明白此項運動帶有一定程度身體碰撞, 如任何球員在訓練或比賽期間發生非主辦單位及個人疏忽所引致的意外, 主辦單位將不會負責。 (參加者可按需要自行購買意外傷亡及保障財物保險。)
