This program is sponsored by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and its goal is to increase the number of outstanding engineering and computing Ph.D. graduates from under-represented populations. The program seeks to support African American, Hispanic and Native American students. The Georgia Tech Sloan Fellowship provides three years of support for students who have recently completed the Ph.D. Qualifying/Preliminary exam.

Eligibility Requirements:

      o Georgia Tech Ph.D. student in the College of Engineering or College of Computing

      o Passed Ph.D. Qualifying/Prelim exam in Summer 2018 semester or more recently (exam must be passed prior to submittal of this application.)

      o US Citizen
