Submit a Property
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING:

1.  Keep the house open from 12:45 - 1:45 to allow time for agents to travel and get through any bad weather.

2.  Only 1 home per agent/team is allowed on tour unless we have space remaining. (You may submit more than 1, but just know the extra homes may or may not make the tour)

3. Venus will email you when the date approaches to see if your home is still available.


TOUR PROTOCOL:

1. Meet in the lobby following Team Meeting; Listing Agent 1 will give us important information about the property, and then we'll follow the agent to the home.

2. After seeing the first home, agents will complete a Feedback Sheet and give it to you (Listing Agent 1)

3. We'll then hear from Listing Agent 2 about their home, and then we'll follow them to the home and repeat the process.

4. If you're the last home on tour, have a sign-up sheet at the home for agents to get phone duty credit.
