The Opportunity Portfolio is used to map projects you are considering investing in relative to the uncertainties they face. The result gives great insight into what investments are basically supporting today’s business and which are positioning your organization for the future.  

The toolkit will help you map out your opportunities, consisting of:

• A slide presentation with voiceover from Rita explaining the concept and how to use it
• An Opportunity Portfolio score sheet
• A workbook guide to analyzing your entire portfolio and interpreting the results
• Guidelines on how to run this workshop exercise on your own
