Please fill out the form below with your intentions to attend tryouts.  This gives us an idea of how many athletes will be attending tryouts for planning purposes in order to make tryouts a positive experience for all. 

Tryout dates: 

Boys: June 12 and 13 at Gib Mahr Field (HUHS)

U15/16 - 5:30-7:30 pm
U17/18 - 7:30-9:30 pm

Girls: June 14 and 15 at Gib Mahr Field (HUHS)

U15/16 - 5:30-7:30 pm
U17/18 - 7:30-9:30 pm


Necessary forms for tryouts that must be brought include: Birth Certificate, Proof of Residence, and two forms linked below (copies will be available at tryouts):
