Abiding Savior Spring Craft Fair Vendor Application 2024
Spring Craft Fair sponsored by Abiding Savior Lutheran Church | All proceeds go towards our youth heading to the ELCA National Youth Gathering this July in New Orleans! Please submit all crafter/vendor applications by May 6, 2024. We will contact you within a few days to confirm your application and if accepted, we will send you further instructions. Booth spaces will be 10x10 for $40. Tables and electric are an additional charge.
The craft fair will take place at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church at 8211 Red Oak Drive, Mounds View, MN, 55112.  The sale will run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 11th (Mother's Day Weekend).  There will be an opportunity to set up on Friday, May 10th from 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM and on Saturday morning from 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM.  We will limit the # of direct sales vendors/consultants based on the # of applications we receive, as we are looking for mostly hand-crafted items and sellers. We will only take 1 of each direct sales company. Preference will be given to homemade crafters!

Craft Fair Application Instructions Wrap-up
Please submit this Google doc and include as much information as possible.  We will reach out via email to confirm your application and pending registration within 7-10 days! Once again, all proceeds from this Craft Fair will go towards a group of high school students & our youth directors heading to New Orleans for the ELCA National Youth Gathering in July 2024! ELCA Gathering attendees will be working the craft fair and will help load/unload as available. We will also have concessions available during the craft fair. We do ask that all crafters/vendors remain open until 3:00 PM when the sale ends.
