The purpose of this form is to collect data on traffic safety incidents and issues for DPSS Traffic Safety Group. We will use this information to track issues observed or experienced to advocate for improvements in traffic safety around our school and for our school community.

We have no authority to investigate any matters nor take any responsibility should matters be raised here and not acted upon by the appropriate authorities. If there have been any incidents or issues logged here that require further investigation by police or Brisbane City Council, please ensure that you report these.
