This form is to assist KLW in deciding whether or not a potential adopter is a good candidate to adopt rodents to. Please fill out this form as accurately and honestly as possible. It's not here to cast judgement it's only to assess what areas need guidance and to find suitable homes for rodents bred by KLW. After all rodents also deserve the best homes! Rodents can be costly when it comes to vet bills what is your plan if you ever need vet assistance? Please keep in mind you will need to find a exotic vet experienced with rodents. Normal dog and cat vets aren't trained in rodents. *

Do you agree to our return/ replacement policy? If you are unhappy with a rodent from us we offer free replacement for valid reasons ie not up to health/ temperment standard this is down to discretion of the breeder.  If you can no longer care for a rodent adopted from KLW do you agree to communicate with us and let us know what's going on/ agree to return free of charge if you can't look after the rodent anymore or feel uncomfortable rehoming yourself?
