Please fill out the form below to indicate that your school WILL OR WILL NOT be participating in the third annual KCKPS Building Spelling Bees.

If your school will be participating, you will need to identify a School Spelling Bee Sponsor. The Spelling Bee Sponsor will coordinate and conduct the school level spelling bee, support the classroom spelling bees as needed, and serve as a liaison between their school and the district. The Spelling Bee Sponsor must attend either an online meeting to learn more about and receive support around the school-based spelling bees as well as the district spelling bee.  KCKPS will also be hosting the Wyandotte County Spelling Bee for the second year.  All building-level spelling be winners will eligible to attend the county spelling bee.  

Each school Spelling Bee Sponsor will be compensated for 10 hours at the extra duty rate.  
Only one sponsor per building.
